...and at work our power is supplied by the Department of Intermittent Services.
Yesterday it flickered twice and then went out and stayed out (around 3:10 pm).
Today it has flickered (never staying out for as long as a minute) a dozen times or so. This has made it difficult to get work done.
At home, by contrast the power may have flickered, but never went out.
