Wedding Update
Realised haven't really talked much about all our planning. We're getting pretty well organised now. I have my dress, I have a hat in mind and I have shoes and most of the jewellery. One of my bridesmaids has dress and jewellery, the other's looking and one of our ushers has a dress. We have a venue, a wonderful photographer, a cake from a wonderfully helpful friend, favour ideas, a booked registrar and a notice of marriage and a wedding list (though it has nothing on it yet...) at John Lewis...
We don't quite have flowers or evening entertainment sorted as yet but they are on their way to being there and we're in the midst of finding our wedding rings. Paul needs to go in and get his suit sorted in the new year. It's all go!
Biggest current worry is how to print the insides of our invites. We have a really cool idea and design for the outside, but printing the inserts is problematic. Ideally we'd find someone who'd print 10x10 inserts for less than a pound a card, or find a decent laser printer and print ourselves, or if we could find some kind of small moveable type thing to do our own block printing that's be cool. But you know, investigating.
All in all weddings are fun. Even the one wedding fayre I went to was fun.
