suv, gas and repairs
yes folks, i do own and happily drive an SUV (V-6). However it saddens me to type this but, it will be parked for a few weeks if not more. Gas prices are WAY out of control. i won't tell you how much i pay to fill up my tank but it's more than you i'm sure. And i don't go anywhere if i don't have to, it's fucking hot in the central valley....
Also, my breaks are needing to be replaced, along with shocks and tires. Yikes!!! Such a pretty penny... I'll be driving my old car (geo prism, good on gas) for a while.....
oh and, i'm heading out to los angeles for mother's day weekend. not sure what i'm gonna do, but this mom needs to get away.
