Making meringue remains as painful as I remember it. My wrists and arms are very sore, since we don't have an electric beater here, so I got to use a whisk to beat the egg whites into fluffy submission.
The reason I'm doing this? I had to test out a key lime pie recipe before suggesting it to someone else. >_>
At least I didn't try to make the graham cracker crust. I've never had luck with those.
