So I went to Lozano's today... definitely a disappointment. Forget Mexican, I'm sticking to Brazilian cuisine. My food wasn't terrible, but it most certainly was not worth fourteen dollars, either. Yet, I do have some positive insight to reflect upon pertaining to my visit to Lozano's on this day.
As I was happily picking at my bunueros(fried tortilla drizzled with syrup and dusted with cinnamon-sugar, fatfatfat), a couple entered the restaurant and seated themselves at a table near mine. They seemed very nice. They were very polite. Softspoken and well dressed. A little on the older side. However...
... these two people could not have weighed less than seven hundred pounds between the two of them. I am not exaggerating. If anything, I am being kind.
... that woman's left leg was bigger than ME.
So, no more bunueros.
