Random Thought on Tudor watching
I really really identify with TV Mary wishing she had been a boy and thinking it's her fault that she isn't and everything's gone wrong because of that. Been there, done that. Not so much with the wanting everyone to be Catholic bit but the rest of it...well, there are fundamental things that I believe in too and...yeah. Kind of creepy, huh?
Also? Prematurely aged Jon Rhys Meyers? I'll be in my bunk, thanks. I don't know why the prematurely aged does it to me when I'm usually having the Mrs. Robinson thing going but screamy greying Henry throwing his tantrums? I love it. And kind of still wish I could be him. How screwed up is THAT?
Today was the community garage sale. I sold my playstation 2, my kareokee machine, my keyboard and a bunch of other random items that we weren't using anymore. I also managed to get a sunburnish thing though my mom's is worse. And yeah...
Also CT? Hellish experience getting the damn IV in. Nine tries, three of which had me bolting up out of the little seat thing, trying to hold back from making noises. There were real tears while they poked and poked and had TWO NURSES MOVING THE SAME NEEDLE AROUND AT ONCE IN MY ARM BLOWING OUT MY VEINS!! ASDFGING WHAT? They also left me really really bruised and wouldn't listen when I told them one vein wasn't going to work. Finally, I got them to move it to the other arm but geez. Doing a lot for my needle phobia there, I'll tell you what.
I find out what happened with that on Monday. Hopefully they can finally identify it.
