Story POV question
This may or may not be the story I work on while everyone else is doing Nano (no discipline for that, so I'm not going to go nuts this year. Maybe next...). I still haven't decided if I'm ready to start working it out beyond characters and such....
Which character's point of view would you most like to see a story written from?
A. The half alien/half human doctor who isn't so much caught between two worlds as completely bemused by BOTH of them and realizes that he doesn't give a rat's ass about fitting in with either so long as he's respected on his own terms (which isn't that hard in my future world really)
B. The former war hero removed from active military duty, determined to prove that she can still command and that she and her group of civilian pioneers are just as capable of succeeding and surviving in an alien world as anyone else is.
C. The nicest member of the little group... An intelligent, emotionally aware engineering specialist...who joined the civilian corps as a way to avoid prison and who is banned from returning to Earth in any foreseeable future.
D. The military academy drop out (well, she was kicked out). Extremely focused, extremely driven, extremely resentful of what's happened to her and very bossy and demanding. In a way, she's the group rebel really...
