I have kind of an odd request to make here.
Anybody know of any magazines that publish modern western stories? My google searches only bring up stuff that wants golden age cowboy stuff, and well, my cowboys just ain't anything but totally modern. Sure there's Nathan's hate on for Steve Jobs and all he stands for but aside from that, he's pretty well embraced a modern life.
Magazines that feature RODEO stories maybe? This story has a major rodeo...
If nothing else comes to mind, I'll try some general places...

ETA: The fucking fuckers 23 freaking pages in manuscript length! Holy Crap, I think this is my longest story ever, since the longer things are closer to novels and some novelas.
