When did cupcakes get to be a "fad". GUH they are kind of awkward to eat, you can't write on them, apparently now they are a fashion accessory like hello kitty...is the U.S. so fat that we even dress with food!! I think it is ok for people in the dessert business (aka. me) to use it just as a teacher would like apple stuff or a librarian might want book themed stuff. But really hot topic...really...
