So this is my life...
Who would have thought that at college I would only be able to go out once a week. And Friday nights aren't even sweet here. Arg. So the Chinese language is kicking my ass. I study like 3 hourse every night for Chinese and still am struggling to keep up with the class. My chinese is getting pretty fucking awesome though. I can read pretty complex shit, am picking up some vocab, and can understand a whole lotta Chinese when its spoken, slowly. But, none of that matters with this class. Because her tests are nothing but English to Chinese translation, sentence and paragraph form. Oh there is also listening comprehension, but we have to write down what we hear in Chinese. No Chinese to English translation ever. While I understand the value of knowing how to go English to Chinese, she should atleast let the white kids stay afloat by including a portion of the test that is Chinese to English.
I have a girlfriend still... going on 8? months. We've been bickering a lot lately, I think it's midterms and the fact shes about to go on the rag. Dunno.
All my friends got wasted tonight, smoked about a half of pot, drank about 2.5 thirty racks, not to mention shots...
and slept and went to the library... ew.
i did get really high and a little drunk before my last class today.
i was so fucked up, and had to do an interview on camera. i was chewing gum, which is bad. and was wasted, which is funny, and my dude sucked as an interviewee.
so i'm finishing up applications to study abroad. i have to finish an essay for an app. to go to beijing for the month of january. and am all but done with an application to study in amsterdam for the rest of the semester. weee. next semester is going to be a blast. i figure i will have earned it after this semester. freakin nuts- havnt been sleeping, hair is falling out... i almost bought meth today so i could stay up, see black label society (or dj tiesto) and then study throughout the night...
but instead i got high, watched the end of battman begins (great movie, ending sucked), and slept for like 3 hours. now im in the library... laboring away at chinese.
i failed my chinese midterm... shes letting me retake a portion of it tomorrow morning early as balls. hopefully i can increase my grade to a 60%. that would be awesome.
other than chinese, i am kicking ass in my classes... straight up A's and B+'s... starting some good relationships with a couple of my professors and overall... kicking ass. it sucks chinese is such a weight and a let down.
im kinda glad i didnt do meth, who knows if you can actually study on that shit~ i dont think i was ever really that serious about it anyway...
ok, well enough procrastination- i am one of six people in the library right now... L-O-S-E-R
