Finally conforming

So I decided I'd finally try my hand at writing one of those really long-winded entries where you are supposed to discuss your day in its entirety. Everyone else does it so I figured I'd give it a try for once. I'm not expecting anyone to read the whole thing however. Here goes:

Yesterday I woke up really early (7:30ish) and I finished watching Intolerable Cruelty because no one was online. It was an okay movie. It did keep my interest, although when I think about it there was really no plot or important point. After the movie ended I was somehow able to fall back to sleep even though I was feeling fine (for the first time in my life). It usually goes that once I'm up, I'm up for the day because when I try to fall back to sleep or take naps I just end up lying in my bed for hours wide awake. I can sleep when I'm sick however.

Around 11 I got woken up by the sound of my sister screaming my name. I thought someone was hurt so I rushed out of bed but it turned out that her scream regarded our comment war on myspace. So basically I got of bed for nothing, but I figured it was pretty late so I should get up and by productive. I hung around with my sisters for a while because none of my friends were around. Then at 11:30 I decided I should start some homework since there was nothing else to do, so I completed my statistics task while ER reruns played out on the tv in the background. An hour later I was finished and I ate a boca burger...yum. I've been eating one of those every day for the past few weeks...they are delish..and pretty healthy.

Then I hung around with the sisters for a litte while longer and watched them play the Sims and stuff like that. At 2 Step-by-Step was on so I watched that and then I watched Boy Meets World. I've really caught up on my tv shows this vacation to the point where I'm sick of tv. Then I starting reading this weird book for a little bit. It's called The Bean Trees. Sounds strange, I know, but it is actually quite good. It has a weird storyline but it is extremely well written and intriguing.

Gilmore Girls came on at 5 and I ate dinner and watched it because it's basically the best show ever...besides Alias. They are completely different shows so there is no point comparing them and it is strange that I could love two so much when they have no relation to each other. But I'll analyze this fact another time.

Then just when I thought I was being sucked in to go to a dog class with my mom, Hilal asked if I wanted to hang out, so we made plans for her to come over and then for us to go see Hide and Seek. While she was here Shanza called so I invited her over too and the three of us hung out until 10 when it was time for the movie. Shanza had already seen it so it was just me and Hizzle...lol. The movie was pretty good. It was weird and that plot twist has been used many times before but it was very well done and I didn't completely guess the ending even though I had been told the basic scenario.

Today I have to go to the guide dog foundation to volunteer. I should go get ready soon. I hope someone is free to hang out after that though, or I'm going to be extremely bored.
