We're singing "Imagine" (that John Lennon song) in Pride. There's a beautiful solo at the beginning that I KNOW I could sing... and I want to SO BADLY... but Phuong sang it today and she's so good and I don't think I'm as good as that... but BLOODY HELL I want that solo. *tear* So I'm not sure what I'm doing about that.
Joining swim team... decided it's a good idea, seeing as how if you can't swim 500 yds. in 5 minutes at the Air Force Academy, they make you take remedial swim classes until you can, and that's time that I can ill-afford to spend that way. Ech.
Rained today, so no tennis for me :'(
PRIDE IS DOING A CARWASH TOMORROW (Saturday, 3 Sept.) AT THE CORNER OF 56TH ST. AND FLETCHER!!! Guys, we DESPERATELY need the money... we got $500 from the Boosters for the WHOLE YEAR... we can't get by on that... so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come and support us!!
Other than that, je suis peachy! Glad I have no bigger problems than a solo issue.
