I wrote a nasty email to Petsmart regarding the fact they were housing two lizards together that should not be housed together.  Also, they had the wrong type of substraint in them for the types of lizards.  I was really upset about this.  Isn't this the reason why Petsmart has care sheets.  You can look at a care sheet and it tells you exactly what kind of bedding you should put in there, the humidity levels, and the aggression level of the lizard.  DUH!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the response I got back from the store director:

Dear Ms. Abbott,

We really appreciate your knowledge of lizards and of PetSmart's philosophy....we certainly are all about the happiness and the health of our pets.  We all have new things to learn and would have appreciated any information you had to offer at the time of the visit because we have all new people in the department and they could have benefited from you suggestions.  Next time you are in the store be sure to ask to meet the new Pet Care Manager, Christie Karpinski.  I have passed this information onto Christie and she has made the appropriate changes for the Swift.

Anyways, they used the ignorance card to explain why this happened.  Like I said up above, all you have to do is look at a care sheet.  A monkey could do that and be able to set up the right environment.  Also, if they cannot keep their animals in the proper environment just think of all the bad advice they are giving to customers.  UGGH!!!  RETARDS!!!!!!!!!!!
