I don't mind -- writing a post like this, I would have put up a disclaimer otherwise.
I had an unrelated doctor's appointment last week anjust as soon as I feel up to arguing my case.d brought up the situation. The doctor kind of poohpoohed it, saying, 'oh it sounds like a bunch of virsuses'. Which, given that I'd prefaced it by saying, 'I've caught consecutive viruses for the past few months' wasn't terribly insightful. But I didn't really feel like taking it up right then. I suppose I really ought to, bah :(
I haven't considered a vitamin deficiency (I do try to eat well, for whatever that's worth...). My thyroid is fine, that's been tested recently. I have a few minor allergies, but nothing that should have been a problem right now (although that test is years and years old, I wonder how much that's likely to have changed?). And every time I've had bloodwork done they always say that my white blood cells are fine. I wonder if it's just that it takes so much energy for me to be me normally that any little dip in the energy leaves me short-changed and then that leaves me more susceptible to getting sick? Bah. I really ought to do something about this. Okay, it's resolved: I'll take this up with the doctor soon. um, just as soon as i finish a handful of other things, so that i've got the time/energy to deal with it.
