I really don't like deadlines....
I really don't do well with deadlines. I've known this quite a long while but I think I might just be starting to realise that that means I ought to plan around them rather than attempting to make my brain work with them.
And mostly related to that, I'm very nearly finished with my multi-fandom rec set for help-haiti, so if I'm awesome and not horribly distracted by everything else on my plate, then that ought to be up in a week or so.
And then I'm going to actually methodically go through my HP bookmarks and delve into HP comms and all sorts of other good Wizardry fic for the con-or-bust rec set. Which should be fun times :)
And after that I will be free to rec things in whatever order I want! I'm actually kind of wondering if I had given a generous time frame but not said 'next rec set I post' and 'second rec set I post' if I would have finished them faster-- I do really appreciate jumping between lists...
And I've decided that I'll ask for a
kink_bingo card since rec lists are considered an acceptable fanwork for the challenge. And because I've been really annoyed lately about running into lots of kinky fics where it felt like the author thought kinks were humiliating and that just aggravates the fuck out of me. *grrrr* Anyway, so this might be a good kick in the pants to do one of the kink-positive rec sets that I think is burbling around in the back of my brain.
