1. Baby Name and Age? Serenity 6 months tomorrow!
2. Weight/length/clothing size being worn? about 13lbs.. 0-3 months pants, onsies, dresses and shirts and 3-6m in sleepers
3. Food! What kind? Any feeding issues or new developments? formula, rice cereal
4. Sleep habits? Is baby on a schedule? sleeps 9pm-7am with wake-ups at 12, 4, and sometimes 6. Naps at 8am and 1pm and 6pm
5. Any changing table issues? pooping less lately woith the cereal
6. Milestones? sitting up unsupported, crawling a little, `playing peekaboo
7. What's driving you crazy, if anything? she used to sleep through the night but now shes back to eating every 2 hours
8. How are you doing in general? tired!
