its nice to get unexpected texts. yesterday a friend from SD, Willie, was in town and had 30minutes to hang. So i got this text about meeting up after work for a drink. Coolness. We met up in Santa Monica japanese area and had some great little pastries from Papa's. I had not seen Willie since I moved to LA so it was nice to catch up. It seems like as I move around I leave a wave of good friends behind, its not fair!
Gas here is about 3.83/gal for 87 octane. I have been thinking more and more about public transportation. There is 1 bus route that uses the 405 to get to the valley. I wonder how long that would take, I would have to change buses in Westwood. They just need to build the subway further west!
