Monday, January 18th
Volleyball starts up again...driving home in the rain from
the rules meeting. Rain Rain Rain.
Tuesday, January 19th
My girl eats everything but Tabasco Sauce and black olives.
Wednesday, January 20th
Now here's a neighborly gesture. I guess living in suburbia has it's
perks - like, banning homemade signs urging on the apocalypse.
Thursday, January 21st
Weather changed FAST up on a ridge line - 41 degrees out, climbed maybe 1000'
tops, and everything turned to ice. At least I wasn't driving in it.
Friday, January 22nd
Neighborhood wild turkeys, 24 in all, camped out in the front yard.
Saturday, January 23rd
Prepping for some craft time with my Little - totally sure that beading is
NOT for me. It's an expensive hobby that requires patience and
finesse with the fingers.
Sunday, January 24th
Most excellent supper - vegetarian kidney bean burger spiced
with cumin and hot curry paste. Trying to cut out the meat bit by bit.
