31 Days of actions...the 23rd
wanted to hike, but PT issues again. so we checked out a Waldenbooks (liquidating along with Borders) - and found very little of interest... but along the way we hit a soul food restaurant in Hendersonville.
I wanted to take coffeefortwo to One Love (mmm...jerk chicken), but it turns out it went under. so we found a diff. local establishment with raves reviews.
First ever fried pork chop (for me), and absolutely the BEST banana pudding I've ever had - I've never been a fan...fake banana flavor and mushy nilla wafers - blech. but this stuff was fantastic!
came home to more garage work (more on that tomorrow) and a Bad Movie Night. It was a bit impromptu but we found a darling 1:20 flick that was...utter crap. FYI - when following the household rules for BMN (2-drink penalty for failure to suspend disbelief) one should be careful when adding on additional rules. for example, drinking whenever the full name "Jonah Hex" is stated.... we did kill the vodka left over from Trivia (yay) and found the following gem...
So Jonah Hex sneaks into a fort where Bad Malkovich has plans (inspired by Eli Whitney Sr.) posted on the wall...please note...the ship appears to be 2.5 miles long (only on the schematic, not once its afloat).
