OMG OMG OMG OMG!  Now THIS is the greatest episode of Quarterlife!  OMG!  Dylan/Eric is the most adorable thing ever.  Especially Eric being so excited about their non date.  OMG!  Him going to all that trouble to get the bike down there for her.  Him calling her smile annoying and then saying it's because it makes him want to live on her couch forever... SQUEEEEEEE!!!!  Luckily that tension is still there between them.  They can be adorable and fight at the same time.  I love it!!!!

My love for Quarterlife has forced me to rent My So-Called Life.  I've now seen the first three episodes, and can't say that I see why everyone raves about it, but then again, it does manage to keep me coming back for more.  It's just SO early 90s that it's a bit distracting.  Maybe that's just because I remember my oldest brother watching it when he was a teenager, so I feel weird watching it now.  And I was never that angsty when I was 15.  Although I can completely relate with Angela's obsession with Jordan.  I was the same way with the guy that I liked.  But the guy that I liked was a complete asshole, and I fully well knew this, yet I couldn't stop liking him.  So... definitely relate to that part of the show.  But I like Quarterlife a whole lot better.  Maybe because I'm at the age that the show is about, whereas I've already been through the age that My So Called Life is about.  Although that never stopped me from enjoying shows like Degrassi.  I don't know.  Anyway, my opinion may change the further I get into the series.  But I am in love with the dorky kid that is in love with Angela, but I'm afraid he is a total Duckie.  This show reeks of Pretty in Pink, and I'd be completely surprised if she realized how awesome Brian is and how much a waste of time Jordan is.  She is a high school girl, after all.  Sadly, they never fall for the right guys.

show: quarterlife, show: my so called life
