lol Damon and show were so gross re:Andie, another woman getting fridged for his manpain. I also hated it when he kept getting in Elena's space in the beginning and she was clearly not into it, and then popped in front of her naked and she REALLY wasn't into it. It's just gross. I normally like age differences in ships but tbh on top of everything else they did to Damon in S2 it's just skeevy he's like late twenties AND over a hundred years old lusting over a sixteen (?) year old girl. /feelings

What I love most about Elena being so desperate to convey to Stefan to hold on? After the entire episode, it seems more about Elena needing to save SOMEONE. Alaric isn't getting better and then he LEAVES HER (oh god, I got massive Buffy/Giles flashback there, HER FACE), Jeremy is back "doing drugs" (which lol is just so Elena, it's pot ffs not heroin), Jenna is dead, her dad is dead, Damon isn't a better man because of her love from his near death, etc. Her life sucks so much and I just want to hug her through the whole thing. I mean it's just so her to be in denial, that Klaus had Stefan in a dungeon or something, rather than Stefan murdering innocent people. And even then, she just needs to inspire him in some way, and not fail him.

Plus: STEFAN'S FACCEEE. How do I not hate him, how. Damn you Paul Wesley and nailing these scenes.
