Merlin 2x09 - Lady of the Lake

Okay, clearly I am ridiculously shallow when it comes to this show, because while everyone else is complaining about plotholes and poorly written romances, I am just going ASDKJKJDSHGDFALDJFH PRETTY!!! Colin was so freaking amazing in this episode (I will not lie though, I laughed during the bit where he had a single tear roll down his cheek. Oh, the cheesy goodness, I love it). AND THE MERLIN/ARTHUR, HOLY CRAP, SO BEAUTIFUL.

Reasons why I loved this episode:

1. UTHER'S HAIR.





LOOK AT IT! It is finally growing out to an adorable length. I am not fond of super short haired Uther. Well, I am, but I prefer it longer.

2. UTHER'S NECK.





SO BEAUTIFUL.

3. THE BOYS! They are so in love. Even if you just call it brotherly love, that is good enough for me.

All of their scenes were epic tonight. This one in particular, but I also loved the scene where Arthur saved Merlin from that burly bounty hunter dude. NOBODY MESSES WITH HIS MERLIN. I also adored the bit where he assumed that Merlin was stealing Morgana's dress for himself. Clearly Arthur approves of cross-dressing Merlin.

I did miss seeing Morgana though. WHAT UP, SHOW? Next week's ep looks so ridiculously wonderful. GWEN JEALOUSY, HELL YES. Cannot wait.
