So... last night, for some reason, I couldn't sleep. So I was flipping through the channels and I got wrapped up in this old Adam Sandler movie with Damon Wayans called Bulletproof (which... back then, was really a Damon movie with Adam as the lesser known sidekick), and I remember watching this when I was younger and thinking it was a pretty bad movie, and I still think it's a pretty bad movie, BUT... I fell in love with the Adam/Damon gay vibes. Like... holy crap, this movie is full of so much manlove, and Adam was going crazy with the sexual advances towards men, so much so that I thought his character may have been bisexual, but I think he was just trying to be funny, but he was really convincing. These two characters, Archie (Adam) and Keats (Damon), they were seriously, seriously in love. Keats' commanding officer even said repeatedly, "Oh my god, you're sweet on the guy," and Keats doesn't really deny it. And Keats is absolutely everything to Archie, and Archie strips off Keats' shirt a couple of times, and they are absolute best friends, tell each other everything, and then Keats betrays Archie (or rather, Archie finds out it was all a scam) and Archie is heartbroken and angry and lost and he accidentally shoots Keats in the head and then Keats thinks Archie had tried to kill him and so now he's the one feeling betrayed, and then Archie gets arrested and forces a reunion with Keats because through all the betrayal he's still the only person in the world that he trusts and he misses him and he wants him to apologize and they hate each other but still love each other and then they find out all over again why they fell in love in the first place, and Archie wants Keats to go to Mexico with him but Keats says no, but in the end he couldn't stay away from Archie and they live happily ever after. And there are bodyguard jokes (back when Bodyguard jokes were still a fad):

And there was even some sticking of stiff objects into pert bottoms:

And this vid does a nice job of catching some of the gay vibes:

So... now you know what I watch when I can't sleep. And I'm even tempted to look for fanfic, because I'm crazy.
In other news, I feel like blowing my own mind:
Oh yes. Mission accomplished. I swear, if Damian Lewis and Mary McCormack ever starred in anything together, I would spontaneously combust. No lie.
