I have never seen this movie but just by looking at the screencaps, I felt rather sad at the ending. At least the husband appreciates her.

As for the white hair, I suppose extreme stress can cause your hair to go white overnight. Don't they have Loreal back then? Can colour it back??

What I don't understand though, why didn't she run away with him?

Aww, I'm glad that the ending still managed to affect you even with my botching of the dialog!

I guess it really was extreme stress, because I can't think of any other explanation.

Excellent installment yet again! Yeah I got totally confused by the white hair thing too and various places on the internet claim that random hair color change can possibly result from extreme stress. Still weird. And in reply to the last post, her reason for not running away is she says that the family honor will be destroyed if she doesn't take her sisters place as this guys wife and if the honor is destroyed then none of the other women in her family will be able to get husbands - fun stuff huh?

Thanks so much, I'm glad that you enjoyed it! The hair thing was definitely weird, but I guess it let Norman know that she really wanted to go with him, but she couldn't. :'(

They take forever and a day to load :(

My media player automatically makes them PNG. :( I know what you mean. I really wish it would do jpg. My DVD screencap maker automatically does bmp, which take even longer to load (although I think photobucket automatically changes them into jpg). I'd change the file format if I knew how. And it would take too long to go through and change them one by one.

have you tried looking on preferencies or proprerties or something? should have a save media format or something like that. what programa do you use to cap?

Your picspam part trois was HI-larious, but what a strange movie it turns out to be!!! Hair turning white overnight? (insert your picspam with caption of Nikki when Norman "threw" trash on her - "What the?") What made the writers throw THAT in? It almost seemed like they couldn't think of anything else so they threw in a sci-fi-ish ending, like she time-warped and sped up in age while Norman was stuck back here at his current age. ??? Anyhow, not so sure I would have loved the movie, but I definitely loved your commentary and picspam. And you're right, it's not as menacing when he pulls the tea cup away! Will definitely have to get my hands on a copy of both Forsyte sagas!
Can't wait to see what you will do with the Baker or the Escapist....

You know, I didn't even think of doing The Baker, because the movie mocks itself, so I can't even compete with that. But he was smokin' hot in that movie, so I just might have to cook something up one day. I fully plan on doing one for The Escapist (whenever I manage to get my hands on it), because there is going to be SO much slashy goodness that I will not be able to resist. Plus, I read that there is some sinister teacup holding, so... I'm going to be all over that ( ... )
