i'm listening to some of the new demo stuff for the new pedro the lion cd...the song i'm listening to is called "the devil is beating his wife" and the first line is "a white ghost making his way up the east coast trying to focus his high hopes on a vagina or two..." dave bazzan is a genius. well...me and audrey have now been going out for a little over 7 months!!! and we're still kickin...SO SUCK THAT YOU RABBIT BASTARDS! i've been having a pretty good time with my life lately...i'm back in school for semester and i'm actually kicking ass thus far, and i like my classes a lot. also, teatherball champion has been playing quite a few shows, which have been really good...and we're writing new songs and we're going to focus on recording our album here soon...i think we're going to take our time about it and just record songs as we finish writing them over a course of time, rather than just going in with this pile of songs and rushing through them...don't wanna end up forcing them out. rushing sometimes makes the album not as good as it could have been...i think the charade album is a good example. uhh...not really much else going on. work is crazy, but that's what you get when you work at a psychiatric facility...this one guy has been making threatening phone calls and he once came out to the hospital with a shotgun, put it in one of the guard's faces and told him that he would "blow his god damned brains out".
