last night after i dropped melissa off i rescued a cat from her neighborhood. she is precious, and really good company. i named her hazel because she has big green eyes and freckles on her nose. she's not too old, and she's in pretty good shape so i hope this works out.
i turned over the leaf, and i feel completely wonderful right now.
i made some new friends and got closer to a few i had left behind, or just not talked to enough. i miss anna though.
but man, it feels SO good to be unattached and ready to go.
