funny thought i had while smoking (outside because the liberals use government to get rid of something that pissed them off)

we have all seen those "i love my country but fear my government" stickers, usually on the cars with "impeach bush" and other such lovely liberal stickers

Wow. Yes. That's alot scarier than here. The worst they'll do here is fine you, garnish your wages and if worse comes to worse and you do it long enough and for a large enough amount they'll take you to court and throw one in jail.

But the issue with private companies, maybe just there and not here (Canada) is they can be corrupt and easily. There are so many cases in so many different fields that they contract out to the government and bid for the lowest costs and afterwards hand over very poor quality product. Or in the case of the de-regulated energy costs in Florida they jumped 400% in one month which was taken back by the government and re-regulated.

That's the real problem with Corporations, they don't care about you or me. They care about one thing and one thing alone, the bottom line and the share holders and making the most money they possibly can however they can. If that means firing 500 people to make the numbers better so they're last quarter profits come in higher-so be it. Which is fine, if you don't care about he human element and only the great big business making more money.

I'm fine with Corporations, I just have issues with the ones who take advantage in order to get more money when they're already bringing in a profit.

No, they can't. But they can garnish your wages and sue your ass and screw over your credit rating.
