[ When the feed comes on, you can hear a very amused voice. No video today; he's not foolish enough to ruin his fun that quickly. A quiet clink as Naoya sets something down somewhere before he speaks. ]
... My, my. So many new arrivals! It's been over a year a few of us were dragged here at first, you know. It's a good thing I've no mind to go outside all that often, or I'd be tripping over all of you children. How troublesome.
[ And now it's that time of the month where Vatheon's resident (and longest) troll ruthlessly tears everyone apart and looks to see where he can get some interesting feedback because he's bored. ]
Tell me, how many of you know about this place fully? Very few, no doubt. Let me lay down a few guidelines:
No doubt you've all gotten the basics of the time, dimensional and world differences, along with the other problems by now. I'm not going to bore you with explaining what a preschooler could understand. This is a bit more important.
These lines aren't secure. For all intents and purposes, you're all now the subjects of a twisted little experiment--why, even I've yet to discover just why they seem to enjoy toying with us so very much. The curses are part of their little experiment and it's no doubt connected to the coral. It powers us, we power the barrier, and the barrier keeps us alive. It's all quite a vicious circle, isn't it?
And as you've likely found out, those who die here will not stay that way, be it before entering our little bubble, or afterwards. There's more too it, but if you're curious, why don't you come find me? I'm a little bored.
[ A pause. ] You've all also been quite misbehaved lately. I'm surprised nothing too bad has come of it.
The town may be back to normal--you'll find our captors are very efficient at removing blood and dead bodies--but I rather doubt the rest of you are. After all, we've had some fairly gruesome murders lately, haven't we? Tsk, tsk... you all should be more careful. The culprit has been apprehended, and the slain and attacked are mostly accounted for and revived. But I wouldn't push my luck if I were any of you involved in that... haha. Who knows how long they'll put up with bringing you back? And who's to say every time you'll come back in a different state of mind? My, I would be far more concerned about this than you already may be, because I sincerely doubt it's the last you'll hear of something such as this.
[ His smirk is almost audible. ] While I assure you our captors do not voice their paying attention to all of that, I certainly shall. It's quite interesting to watch all of your little stunts unfold. Perhaps bringing less tedium to this place, even.
Tell me, children... all of you have been brought back. And some of you, amongst others, have witnessed the effects well enough. Do you really believe that the 'divine' Lamufao is the source of it?
[ The feed cuts. If one were to go looking for Naoya, however, the source of the broadcast, they'd find him in an outdoor café with some very strong overly sweetened coffee, a box of pocky, and a paper.
OOC; action or video or voice are all fine; reply however you feel. ♥ Don't mind his tl;dr and trolling; don't let me intimidate you either. This is just him being him. ]
