1 Black Feather [Action]

[ Seeing as Luceti is currently in the middle of a heat wave, it's not unfathomable that residents might be shedding a bit more clothing then they have been in the preceding weeks.

However, it is probably far from warm enough for anyone to expect the woman who strides indifferently into the central plaza to be completely, completely naked, New ( Read more... )

who needs to lie low anyway, what is shame, my side of the binary is cold, hating lighter colors on principle, #action, keep your side of the binary away kthx, someone's not amused

[ Don't see that everyday should be the motto of this place. Staring, Crowley, he'd never. ]

Take it you didn't like the fabric type, huh? Don't blame you. Cheap cotton...almost as bad as tartan. [ And it's almost as bad because it isn't actual tartan. ]

It was white. [ Said as if it should have been the most obvious thing in the world, and the undercurrents of her tone clearly convey her distaste for such. ]

[ Well Crowley is wearing all black at the moment so he understands entirely. ] Prefer black myself. Can't really say they go out of their way in being in style around here though. [ He'll point and nod towards the stores. ]

Pretty sure you'll find something to suit your tastes in there.

Is that so? Did you find those there, too? [ A vague gesture towards his clothes, though her attention has already gone to looking over the storefronts. ]

Something like that. [ Half of it he miracle'd into existence but...details. ] Like to add my own personal touches to things, you know? Good thing for you is that everything here is free.

[ And his gaze will go to the stores as well. ]

"Free"? [ That gets a chuckle, and then a laugh out of her. Free is such a funny concept to someone who used to be able to make anything she wanted on a whim. ] That does sound convenient. Let's see what I can find, then. [ And she heads over towards the stores. ]

Weird isn't it? You would think they'd try to make us as miserable as possible so they'd charge. Guess they forgot to put capitalism on the list.

[ He might just get up and follow because he's a bit curious about you Saten. You're...different some how Crowley just can't put his finger on it quite yet. ]

There's certainly more than enough other ways to make people miserable. Money is such an odd construct, anyway. They may just not think it's worth it.

This place has a whole big grab bag of ways, so I'm not surprised they'd give us everything for free. Some of us don't need money anyway--pretty funny when you leave a whole bunch of it on a street though. [ He has done this before and it was hysterical. ]

[ And voila, we enter. ]

Do tell.

Well there's a whole lot. Experiments done on people and all that. Make people do crazy things, then there's the kidnapping business. Take you to their labs and do stuff to you--return more or less the same.

What sorts of things? You're being very vague here.

Putting people in random bodies. Making random people fall in love with each other. Turning people into children. Simple stuff like that.

I can't say it sounds too worrisome. Amusing, at the least. [ Quaint, even. ]
