The frickin' kitten (now about six months old), who the vet WOULD NOT spay until she "weighed seven pounds", and has an appointment NEXT WEDNESDAY for said surgery, decided last night "now would be a good time to go into estrus for the first time."
At least I can comb her without getting bitten, but explaining her presentation bit to a nine year old was interesting.
"Why is her bottom wet?"
"You'll find out in another eight-ten years, maybe less."
