A baking tribute to: Antique Bakery
This is an AMAZING Show. Well worth watching. A bit quirky, with that slice-of-life feel but more sophisticated. Exactly how I like my food-based shows. :3
While we are on the subject, here's a list of the foodie shows I enjoyed watching. :3

5. Absolute Boyfriend (I know it's not the main focus of the show, but the main character works in a bakery company. :3)
6. Lunch Queen. (Thanks to dumplingyum for reminding me! This show made me crave omurice and curry rice! ♥)
And since I tend to get cravings when watching shows like these, I had to bake Japanese Strawberry Shortcake.
I got the recipe from Aunty Yochana's blog.
* If any of you want to try out this recipe, just make sure you use LARGE eggs, and make sure the whites aren't contaminated by any oil, or you will get an emulsion (CLUMPS! OH NOES! D8) rather than a light airy mix.
This cake is really almost a chiffon cake, and is a lot lighter and airier than the cakes I usually make. :)
