Sorry for the very late reply.
Put it this way, I'm just not very impressed with under performance, credit hogging, blame shifting, responsibility shirking. Already overpaid (make that grossly overpaid) and still shamelessly increasing salaries by no merit.

The arrogance is overbearing, they were complacent (or incompetent) and yet nonchalant about it, nepotism openly used as an excuse.

key is the underlying 'workforce'. The 'management' don't feel it because they are still in control. How can they walk in the worker's shoes when all they see is 'lowering costs' and increasing their own salaries :)

I totally agree with Mr Lee, I wish I can ask Mr Ma to come run Singapore I am sure some foreign minister is good for us too.

I am sure Mr Ma will love our salary package too.
