FZI: In Germänz, the kezböärds äre ödd.
I arrived in Berlin on Monday, very tired, and spent the day hanging around Humboldt Universität with Eric Oberheim, a Feyerabend Scholar there. Then I left Tuesday morning for Hannover. I have been extremely warmly received here, and have already had a lot of fun hanging out with my old friend Helmut Heit, scholar of both Feyerabend and the Ancients, with Paul Hoyningen-Huene, who wrote basically the best book there is on Kuhn, and several members of the Center for Philosophy and Ethics of Science (ZEWW).
Hannover is a nice city, and I got a good look at it this morning as Helmut and I biked around it. There will be many pictures when I get back to London, where I left the cable to transfer them to my laptop. I will give a talk tonight on Giere´s Perspectivism and Feyerabend´s later work, and Dewey a bit. Off to lunch now, and then to work on my talk until tonight!
Cheers!
