I had the laziest weekend imaginable - it was lovely!
Friday night was fun. I went and caught up with my friend Lyn as I hadn't seen her for about three weeks. When I got home there was nothing on so I went for cheesy movie delight 'The Quick and The Dead'. I have an irrational love for that movie! Generally I hate Sharon Stone but she almost proves she can act, and Russell Crowe is really good in it (and hot).
I've not been sleeping too well recently, so when I woke up at 7.30 on Saturday morning I was disappointed to say the least. I watched the most recent episode of Bones, then went back to sleep and didn't wake up until 11 !!! Such a lazy cow, but I knew I needed to recharge as the batteries were getting low. Saturday night was another cheese-fest. Strictly Come Dancing (they're all too good this year), Robin Hood (which has definitely improved now that Richard Armitage gets to do some acting, although it still makes me giggle at inappropriate moments), and then the fantastic An Audience with Take That. John Barrowman was camptastic in the audience - singing along and dancing. Somehow all is right in the world now that my favourite boy band are back!
Sunday I had another lie in, made a brief effort at some housework, and then sat feeling guilty that I wasn't out Christmas shopping. It passed....
