This reminds me of my high school English teacher. They estimated that in over 40 years of teaching, he touched the lives of almost half a million students. He remembered the names of every single one and could even tell you where they sat in his classroom. He made them care about more than Friday night's football game, made them think about more than working at the textile mill or a body shop or a hair salon after graduation. Some he convinced that they could graduate. If I could be half so awesome as these men, my life will have truly been something wonderful.
