Friends only.
Plus, most posts will be locked via several friends groups filter; meaning that only a few will be able to read all posts in here (mostly which are already a few years old, that is)
If you like to friend me nevertheless, you can of course do so.
But until you´ve introduced yourself to me properly and give me some good reasons why I should let you read my more personal posts, those entries will stay locked for you.
And no...just a link to *your* journal and a request for me to ask you, just will not do the trick, dearie!
Edit 2011: No, this thingie here is not dead ;) Still in use, still in many fandoms.
Generally just (beta)reading and mods work, which means that what I have to say ends mostly in those journals/communities.
