Cough! Cough! Cough! Ahh!
Tonight was a night from hell at work. I knew I should have went home early. I have been sick since Friday night and I have been trying to get better but I only seem to get worse. I started off tonight with a little bit of a cough (mainly due to my NyQuil hangover) a sore throat and my right eye was a little pink. Now I have a barking cough which basically makes me sound like DMX with a cold, a red raw throat and an eye that resembles the early stages of pink eye.
Tonight was also a rough night in terms of work too. They installed a new software into the database and it basically screwed up everyone's playlists. My network went to black twice (I didn't drop any clipboards this time...lol). But it was just a pain in the ass because instead of spending the rest of my night relaxing I was running around like a chicken without its head.
Thank God I am going home and I get to rest for the next two days. The only thing that I am not looking forward to is the drive home (a.k.a. I get to hit rush hour traffic even though I am not going to NY). I really need to find some back roads.
