I think I'm gonna try to start riding my bike around S-field some. i'm really trying to lose weight, 10lbs by the end of the summer, but I am having one hell of a time. I'm pumping as much dietary fiber into my system as possible and counting calories, but I have yet to lose any weight. I know I've cut my calories by at least halfish, and nothing. I'm back up to a size 11 and I really want to get back to a size 9. *tear*
Any suggestions?
