Yay for basically being back to work and not having jury duty (obviously).
I've come up with a goal for the summer: lose 15-20lbs. I managed to put weight back on last semester b/c I was eating again (anxiety from first semester prevented me from eating), however I really don't want to keep this weight on. I'm planning to start doing curnches, and push ups (hopefully), walk as much as possible, and cut out all of the snacking. Also not eating after 9pm, and only drinking water after 9pm unless i'm out partying.
I have a question though. Does anyone know a good nutritional plan? Like good diet foods. I know I should probably talk to a nutritionalist, but I don't have a ton of time to meet with one. I know chicken and water, but anything else? like good fruits and veggitables?
