i despise ethnocentric people. people who believe that their ethnicity is way superior than anyone else's. people who put down other people's cultures. people who don't care about other people's ethnicity. and people who show absolutely no interest or disgust at what a culture has to offer.
and they expect to become people who want to work with third world countries?
sure, i'm like that too. hypocrite i am. i become ethnocentric only when i'm pushed to that limit. when people start to show a disrespect towards my culture, i shall do the same, trying to put down their culture in subtle ways.
but yes, can't wait until i go back now. only 4 days more left.
