The saga of the hip.
So, yesterday I went back to the doctors for my hip. It's been hurting worse than when I saw him last, so this time, I got a lovely needle to the joint in order to inject something that was supposed to help, with instructions that if it didn't get better by Thursday or Friday that I was to call his office and we'd be back to the mri to see if something's up with my back.
Well, it was hurting less. Until tonight. And I went bowling as I always do on Wednesday. And it was hurting. And I finished one game, almost collapsing on the 7th frame due to the pain. So, I think I'm gonna have to stop bowling till this heals.
This makes me horribly sad, as I was really enjoying having the regular weekday 'outing'. I may go anyway, just to cheer and hang out. But I'm still sad at having to stop. And right before my tournament next weekend, too.
Even so, almost collapsing really scared me. So it's time to baby this thing as much as possible.
