Wild At Heart
I got to meet Barry Gifford (author of Wild At Heart, Night People, screenwriter of Lost Highway...) a few hours ago and saw Wild At Heart at one of the Landmark theaters.
He's a very swell guy and after I told him about a personal story relating to one of the books, he wrote me really sweet messages in my copies of his books.
In the Q&A session they told us about this story about the censorship board claiming that Wild At Heart had to be cut down because there was "too much anal sex" to which Lynch responded "How do they know it's anal sex??? They were just having sex from behind!"
Hilarious what these old people want to assume!
Otherwise the day was insanely lazy for me. I'm glad I ended it with watching that gorgeously sweet movie.
