Public Service Announcement
This is a public service announcement, brought to your from your local hospital lab/testing tech: You can in fact give us too much Urine. Please Please Please, resist the urge to completely fill the cup; we use a tiny portion of what you give, so half a cup will be more than enough.
Also, please make sure the lid is on tight. That being said, listen for the click (the seal being formed). If you hear the click, stop, it doesn't need to be forced tighter (this breaks the seal, thus leaving us Techs covered in your pee, which if its sent to us means that you are ill, and therefore means that it may have all kinds of bacteria and other 'fun stuff')
