The Best of Both Worlds

This week I'm trying to focus on writing during my free time, and seeing if I get anywhere. For today I re-read and revised one of my short stories I wrote a few years ago for a class. Overall, I like it, as it is based on a personal experience (but then again, most of the stuff I write is). I haven't shared any of my works in awhile, so I present it to you. I was originally going to post it here, but apparently it's too long for LJ. So I'll just link it on my WritersCafe profile that I recently just made.
