Of the curses I've seen. (Not many.) The City in water has been the least harmful. I hope everyone made it out..
I'm looking for a job. Something simple would be great. I don't have an expertise much. I like taking pictures, listening, staying out of the way... If there's training involved I can learn.
I hope there isn't a limit for how long you can stay at the shelter. A week seems like too much but I've got no where else to go. Yeah. That's the main purpose of getting a job. I don't want to stay here long enough to do much else.

Circumstance has nearly put me back to square one. Assimilation isn't the word I want to use, it sounds too Star Trek...blending in takes more than a week. Maybe. I've had no progress since I got here. I don't think I'm as good at being self reliant as I used to be. Then again, I knew the country and had a few dollars to my name and could go wherever I wanted.
Whatever the case may be...HB's here. I don't need to try and fit. Leaving Red on his own... didn't need to happen. He can take care of himself. I can too. It's more logical to have the two of us can sort out this City.
