I'll have a much larger update coming soon about last night's concert and other random things, but I need to ask a favor for right now

Lucky you. I used your question as my sample for the job. :)
Dear Andrew, For many students in college, finding that balance in life becomes difficult. Sometimes we work our brains trying to organize and handle everything in our head. It is often helpful to write things down, allowing our minds more energy to think about more enjoyable things. If you are truly happy with all of your activities, simply prioritize them. Allow yourself a certain amount of time for each activity. Those that are more important to you would be allotted more time. For example, give yourself a couple hours in the afternoon to study, so later in the day you don’t feel guilty about enjoying other activities. This way, you can experience all the things you wish to, while still being able to focus more on the important things. If you find that there just isn’t enough time for everything, perhaps you could consider enjoying some activities one quarter and others the next. Sometimes we have to accept that we can’t do everything at once, and that’s okay. If you make the best of what you have, you can achieve the same level of happiness. High stress levels can often make it hard to enjoy things that would normally be fun to us. One of the best ways to help reduce stress is to take some time for ourselves to relax. If you have a break between classes, take a few minutes to just lie in the sun and feel its warmth on your face. A great night’s sleep is always important too. Allow yourself time before bed to unwind. Don’t let studying be the last thing you think about before you drift off. Instead, read a couple pages of a good book, or maybe just lay down and listen to some relaxing music. You’ll sleep better, which means you’ll feel better the next day. When you can wake up feeling good, you might find that taking on a lot of activities is actually not stressful, but fun and exciting. Just remember, this time in your life only comes once, so don’t be afraid to make the best of it.
