It's been a long week already...
Kiss Me, Kate: We are at the scramble time in the rehearsals of a show, but the kids are working hard at getting things down. It's going to be a good show tater. I'm trying not to stress out. Angie it taking care of the props and costumes and the beautiful Bobby is taken care of the set. I've been working on the program, which is almost done. What no running around trying to do everything? This show has been a good experience, and I will remember it forever.
Weight: Scale hasn't budged, but I guess that is to be expected. The weight loss I was experiencing was just due a slight change in diet. Two more weeks and I get my life back. Hopefully I can talk ST into joining the Y. yesterday we woke up early and did Yoga together.
Adoption: no progress made
Triumph: Game this sunday and I'm so excited for it. That's all I'm saying ;)
House: Did some touch ups on the big window in the front of the house. Then threw away all of my old planting pots and cleaned off the planter's bench. I plan on staining it and painting the top with whatever the third color of the house (for the shutters) is going to be. Still haven't decided...brick red? deep purple/burgandy? rusty pumpkin? *shrugs*
Misc: Tuesday night we started Ryan's education in DeadZone. Last night Brandon, J, Sparks, and Danny came over to hang and we played Rock Band. What a difference the extra guitar makes. I did a little singing, but mostly played bass and drum. Tonight, Battlestar with Beth, Eric, and Ryan.
Schedule: So yeah, no free weekends in May. This weekend: Dark Heresy and Triumph, next weekend: Kiss Me, Kate, weekend after that: house boat with folks, after that: festival. BUT...pretty soon I will get my evenings back again...WOOT!
