The beginning
I need to start exercising, in order to help me in making the habit I will post a picture a day as well as the exercise I have done that day. Today, Day 1, I biked 1.6 miles at a constant speed.
My picture is of the kids on the couch, Stella is the cat, Jasmine is next, then comes Tank.
