Okay, so I'm easily amused.
I'm watching the second to last episode from last season's Supernatural, so that I'm caught up for tonight's season premiere. Yes, I had all summer to do that but it didn't happen. ANYWAY, the first segment is a newscast business report on Dick Roman, the big bad of the season. He's talking about cornering the market in high fructose corn syrup (for his own nefarious purposes, of course) and the story then cuts to a scene of a guy sitting on a couch, oinking out on junk food (HFCS!) as he watches the report.
I owned that couch.
It's a distinctive couch. It's brown and tan and gold and has a sprawling print of wagon traces overgrown with blue flowers, old barns and silos, and is seriously fucking god-awful. I will say it was a very comfortable couch, but visually - it's an eyesore.
And I was immensely amused to see it pop up in SUpernatural.
Like I said - easily amused :-) Carry on.
