Yeah, that's a pretty awesome haiku, I must say. You guys know by now the trouble I have with links and whatnots, so I just copied and pasted it.
Since I haven't posted in a while, I'd like to give a mini update.
Do you guys have ANY idea how exhausting and annoying it is to be the only functioning human brain in a group of five people? It's REALLY annoying and exhausting, that's how much. My team in AP American has to make a 5 minute movie about the Great Depression and New Deal, and my loser teammates (I did NOT pick them) are leaving everything to me - I wrote the script alone, I've had to make all the arrangements for filming, which have changed...let's see...oh, FIVE times, I told them what to wear and what props to bring, we're filming at my house, and I'm doing the editing.
And they were giving ME backtalk when I got mad at them after the fifth plan change! It's like having four dumb little momkeys riding on your back all the time, but your grade depends on them. Yeesh. This is what I get for being, as my mom would say "an alpha" leader-type and being named team captain. Oh, I also picked the team name. Everyone else wanted something dumb, but we finally settled on my idea, 'Red Scare', which is a pretty cool/menacing team name.
I cannot WAIT for this to be over - filming tomorrow, in my basement/living room/backyard, editing Wednesday in the FR studio, if i can get any time, as we're planning on having a huge uploading/editing day, then filming Thursday, Grease on Friday (call for FR crew is at 6, so I'm not gonna be leaving school.
Yes, this week is going to be hellish, but the weekend will make it all worth it. I will wake up early, clean up, and go to either the food drive collection, or Fan Dance practice, as they are running at the same time for some weird reason (thinkI'm gonna go to dance - more fun and I can do twirling, too. Wonder if any boys will be there for whom I can show off. Hm...) Then I will find a way to entertain myself until 2pm and go home.
For then, that magical afternoon, my bestest camp buds will be arriving for a sleepovaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! The first one in my house since my 9th birthday. Hellz yeas.
So this week will suck like a vacuum, but I'll be able to deal with it. I <3 you guys!
